Remarkable, insightful Basque Country experience enhanced by our well informed guides/hosts at Ulle Gorri. - This trip with Inyaki and Ana as our guides and hosts was simply outstanding. We were treated with utmost hospitality by a well informed couple who truly love... read more the Basque Country and relish sharing it with visitors. Ulle Gorri is beautifully situated in rural Basque country. but near enough to cities such as Victoria, interesting villages, and even a national park--all of which allow guests to enjoy a wide variety of experiences with out excessive driving time. We were busy but content with the pace of our visit. The accommodations were delightful, comfortable, and spacious. Perfect for our foursome though they could have accommodated even more guests. Inyaki and Ana worked with us as we planned our visit, accommodated our schedule , then went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. They shared delicious reginal meals from their kitchen and made us feel like we were visiting friends intent on making certain we understood the culture, history and beauty of their region. Hope to return some day!
